PING is a member of the Association for Innovative Data Centers (VIRZ) e.V.

The Association for Innovative Data Centers e.V. promotes constructive exchange between planners, builders, manufacturers and operators of data centres, gives members access to a national pool of experts and regularly reports on the current status of data centre norms and standards through constructive dialogue.

As part of this general exchange of experience and open discussion, we at PING would like to work with VIRZ to address the needs of all members, including planners, builders and operators of data centres, and to promote structured, topic-focused and constructive dialogue.

With more than 25 years of experience in data centre services and cross-industry references, PING RZ-Reinigung GmbH is the first and only company nationwide specialising exclusively in the cleaning and decontamination of critical IT infrastructures, including work in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644-1 Class 8.

Like PING GmbH, VIRZ e.V. works on the basis of European data centre standards.
Digitalisation enables automation of processes and workflows in working and living environments. Reliable and highly available information technology infrastructures are required for this. For many areas of information technology, such as data cabling, norms and standards already exist that enable simple and reliable connections between different IT components.

The new European standard EN50600 for the facilities and infrastructures of data centres standardises further essential building blocks of information technology.

This standard is intended to support planners, builders, manufacturers and operators of data centres in providing users with the necessary basic platform for information technologies according to their needs.

Since May 2021, PING GmbH has been a recognised member of VIRZ, and we look forward to active exchange, many joint events and very good cooperation.
